MPS FLEX steht für kundenspezifische Cobot-Automatisierung: vom Produkthandling über das Beladen von Trays bis zur Übergabe an die Sekundärverpackung. Roboter, Greifer und Schutzkonzept werden nach Produkt und Prozess ausgewählt.
Ausgangspunkt ist Ihr realer Karton. Gewicht, Oberfläche, Palettiermuster, Leistung und Aufstellfläche bestimmen die Konfiguration.

Fördertechnik, Kartonaufrichter, Case Packer, Verschließen und Stretchwickeln sind projektbezogen integrierbar. Schnittstellen und Lieferumfang werden im Angebot festgelegt.
Sicherheitsausführung SF1 mit Sicherheits-SPS als Herstelleroption. Das Schutzkonzept wird für die gesamte Zelle ausgelegt. Der Einsatz eines Cobots bedeutet nicht automatisch, dass ein Betrieb ohne Schutzeinrichtungen möglich ist.
MPS FLEX erweitert unseren Ansatz für Customized Packaging Solutions: sensible Produkte kontrolliert aufnehmen, positionieren und in den Verpackungsprozess übergeben. Auch kleine Losgrößen und wechselnde Formate fließen in die Auslegung ein.
Geschlossene Produkte orientieren und mit produktspezifischen Aufnahmen in Trays oder Einlagen einsetzen. Kontaktflächen und zulässige Belastungen werden definiert.
Pick-and-Place, Lagewechsel und Zusammenstellen von Verpackungskomponenten. Produkt- und Variantenmuster bilden die Grundlage für Greifversuche.
Beladung, Vollständigkeitskontrolle und Übergabe zur Bestandslinie konzipieren. Stopp, Stau, Wiederanlauf und Formatwechsel gehören zum gemeinsamen Testumfang.
MPS FLEX wird als kundenspezifisches Projekt angeboten, ohne pauschale Standardleistung. Der beschriebene Umfang betrifft die Sekundärverpackung bereits gefüllter, geschlossener Produkte. Reinraumtauglichkeit, Temperaturführung und Produktkontakt werden gesondert ausgelegt; aseptische Abfüllung ist nicht Teil dieses Standardumfangs.

MPS FLEX extends our Customized Packaging Solutions approach: controlled pickup, positioning and transfer of sensitive products into the packaging process. Small batches and changing formats are considered during engineering.
Orient closed products and place them in trays or inserts using product-specific holders. Contact surfaces and permitted loads are defined.
Pick-and-place, reorientation and assembly of packaging components. Product and variant samples provide the basis for gripping trials.
Design loading, completeness checks and transfer to the existing line. Stops, accumulation, restarts and changeovers form part of the agreed testing scope.
MPS FLEX is offered as a customized project, without a generic standard throughput. This scope covers secondary packaging of already filled, closed products. Cleanroom suitability, temperature control and product contact require separate engineering; aseptic filling is outside this standard scope.

Orientar productos cerrados e introducirlos en bandejas o insertos con soportes específicos. Se definen las superficies de contacto y las cargas admisibles.
Pick-and-place, cambios de orientación y agrupación de componentes del envase. Las muestras de productos y variantes permiten ensayar la sujeción.
Diseñar la carga, el control de integridad y la transferencia a la línea existente. Paradas, acumulaciones, reinicios y cambios de formato forman parte de las pruebas acordadas.
MPS FLEX se ofrece como proyecto a medida, sin rendimiento estándar genérico. Este alcance corresponde al envasado secundario de productos ya llenados y cerrados. La aptitud para salas limpias, la temperatura y el contacto con el producto requieren un diseño específico; el llenado aséptico queda fuera del alcance estándar.
